Note: - Group(multiple site) searches always open in new tabs when using "Current Tab".
- Firefox doesn't support opening in background tabs, while Chrome and Opera don't recognize any key presses in context menu with the current permission set yet.
- On Mac and Web Search pressing CTRL only opens the context menu.
- To open private searches you have to enable this addon also for incognito/private mode in your browser settings.
Open Trufflepiggy as your new default tab
Set focus on the omnibar instead of Trufflepiggy's search field (Chrome only).
Note: we can't influence the browser default behaviour if the url is already selected or not. But you can always press CTRL + L (Win/Linux) or CMD + L (Mac) to focus on the omnibar with the url selected.
Show Trufflepiggy nose
Note: when you only use Trufflepiggy via short cut or extension icon at the top right you may prefer to hide the nose.
Open Trufflepiggy - Web Search (in new tab) instead of an overlay when clicking on the nose or extension icon.
