• A new guest account system has been added. Guests can use all features like a normal user as long as the cookie is kept alive. Guests can upgrade anytime to a full email account which allows to use the custom setup on multiple devices and to recover passwords. Pretty cool, isn't it 😎 .
• Also a long user wish by @Elandrion was realized: the editor features now an autosave function. Whenever you drag and drop items or groups to your search list it will be saved. 🤘 !
• Last but not least another long due function has been added: you can now delete your own created groups. Thanks for the reminder Benjamin ✌️ .

• The dates of the changelog and other parts of the website have been updated to the ISO 8601 standard, meaning dates are shown as YYYY-MM-DD.

Trufflepiggy - Chrome Plugin - v1.0.7:

• Our Chrome extension is back online.

The last weeks have been a tour de code. So many updates smaller and bigger ones.

Web & Server:

• New bookmarklet for Safari-users added. Although not a native extension yet it will boost your searches 🚀. Try it out 🖖 !
• The email registration no longer requires an username. Less inputs ✍️, more sign ups 📈.
• Finally we integrated a profile page 😺. Now you can update your email address, password and screenname. Other settings will be added over time when needed. We also added some little infos about your Trufflepiggy time savings 🤓 .
• We added the browser and device detection whichbrowser on the install page to present you only with the best match for your browser. Reducing clutter. Mobile users still see all options immediately for a better overview where they can use 🐽. Of course desktop users can blend in all supported browsers if desired.
• Last but not least we added a manifest.json for Android 🤖 users for a better web-app-experience when you add Trufflepiggy to your homescreen.

Trufflepiggy - Chrome Plugin - v1.0.7 - unavailable:

• 😰 Sadly we had to change the Chrome status to temporarily unavailable due an unsolved issue with the web store system. Although Google wrote us 7 times that it will be back online it is still unpublished 😡😖😪. You can follow any updates regarding this issue on our social channels.

Sneak peak 👻 despite the Chrome issue we have been busy preparing our extension 1.1.0 release featuring lots of new options and improvements.

v1.0.7 only contains minor fixes and usability improvements:

• Fixed again a shortcut conflict(my fault). Opera and Firefox(both Mac) had some issues with built-in shortcuts and windows users reported issues on some forum software. New default shortcuts are Ctrl + Alt + f (Win/Lin) and Cmd + Alt + s (Mac).
• A user message has been added when someone tries to start Trufflepiggy on a tab opened before installing Trufflepiggy. When the user confirms the dialog the site reloads immediately and Trufflepiggy is ready to use.

• Finally Trufflepiggy for Opera has been released 😻 . The version is identical to our Chrome release. Enjoy!

• Yeah, Chrome now also features PDF support 🎉🍰 . Select anything in your PDFs and find it instantly.
  Due missing context information we had to align the nose above the selected text in PDFs and not along your selection direction as you are used to. Also note that the nose immediately disappears when you start to scroll.

General changes version 1.0.6:

• Changed default shortcut from t to Ctrl + Alt + s (Win/Lin) and Cmd + Alt + s (Mac). Users 👥 reported issues on some websites and with PDF forms. Thanks for the feedback 👍 !

Trufflepiggy - Chrome Plugin - v1.0.5 released:

• Based on user feedback the Trufflepiggy nose now only appears when selecting inline-text per default.
• You can (re)enable input and textarea fields(including contentEditable) in your extension options.

Hint No matter which option you choose when you click on the Trufflepiggy button at the top right you open a new Trufflepiggy window with the selection.
